W#1: WHO is LazyBod.com for?
LazyBod.com is for anyone and everyone who has ever wanted to get in better shape, but always gave themselves a lazy excuse not to (e.g. “I don’t have enough time” or “I don’t think I could risk cutting out the food I love”). That’s where I step in to help you understand that you can be in the shape you want to be AND still be lazy like me!
W#2: WHAT is LazyBod.com?
LazyBod.com is a free fitness blog dedicated to: 1.) Give you free workouts that you can easily follow to get you into better shape 2.) Provide full reviews on the fitness products you’ve always wanted but may have been hesitant on purchasing 3.) Give you tips, tricks and recipes so that you can continue eating food you love without sacrificing too much on quantity and taste.
W#3: WHERE can I do the LazyBod.com workouts?
At home or wherever you go. You don’t need a gym membership to get in great shape. In fact, I find that the distractions of a gym can be often times intimidating and everywhere. Besides, waiting for equipment is never fun. A lot of my workouts on this site are done in the comfort of my home, or even outdoors.
W#4: WHEN can I start working out with LazyBod.com?
Today! You can start today. I mean, you probably might want to catch some TV first and take a quick nap, but seriously though after all that you should get started!… then take another nap!
W#5: WHY did you start LazyBod.com?
In all honesty, I was tired. Tired of searching for the best way to get the body I wanted while keeping true to the lifestyle I lead. So, after tons of research, I’ve been finding my own way. It’s taken a little bit of an effort, I’ll admit. In the end, I wanted a place where I could help people who want to be the way that I want to be: Fit on the outside, Lazy on the inside.
The H: HOW can I get started?
Just follow the blog! I’ll do my best to upload workouts that are designed to burn fat, build muscle and can be done in less than 30 minutes (most of the time) *In some cases, by the time you finish reading this about section you could have already completed your workout for the day! Your job is simply to follow what is already laid out for you! Sometimes you’ll need equipment, sure – and in those cases, I’ll do my best to show you alternative ways to do the same exercise without it; either that or you can follow the links below to get the exact same equipment that I’ll be using in my videos:
